UPDATE! :
HappyZombie Productions and Monster Jobs won Tulsa's filmmaker of the year!!!

Picture
Last month (Oct 2012), HappyZombie Productions was featured in an artist showcase put on by RAW Artists (check them out!).
RAW is a group dedicated to helping local and independent artists around the country.  They provide a place to showcase the artist's work and help them self-promote.

After my showcase in October, I was pleased to find that I had been nominated for their End of Year RAWards show.  The top artists in each category were invited to come back and present their work again, but this time for the public and some local judges to choose their favorite.  The winners have their artwork sent to a national pannel who choose the best in the country.  The National winners get to meet with industry professionals in Los Angeles!

So now for the big news, I WON TULSA'S FILMMAKER OF THE YEAR!!!  RAW will be sending one of my films to the national pannel and if they think I'm as cool as you wonderful people do, then I may get to go to LA!!!! And all because of YOU!

You have no idea how thankful I am for everyone who has supported me and HappyZombie these past few years and especially these past few months.  I cannot begin to describe how excited I am to be getting national attention!  I am not setting my hopes high enough to believe I'll make it to LA, which would be beyond amazing,  but even getting this far is beyond what I could have hoped for, so if you all could keep your fingers crossed for me, I'd love you forever!

I'll make sure to keep you all updated.  I am making a move from Tulsa to Austin, TX next month, so it might be a while before a new film is up.

Again, you rock. I love you all and I thank you for all the support and love you show me and HappyZombie Productions!
